Role Description The Team Leader Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role oversees a team of video editors, ensuring that all projects meet creative standards, deadlines, and client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and organizing editing workflows, reviewing and providing feedback on video cuts, and aligning output with creative briefs and brand guidelines. The Team Leader Video Editor collaborates closely with content creators, strategists, and other production team members to develop compelling video concepts for digital platforms and campaigns. The role also involves mentoring team members, troubleshooting technical and creative challenges, and maintaining consistent quality across all video deliverables.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in an advertising or media production agency. Proven experience leading or supervising a team of video editors. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Strong skills in storytelling, color correction, and sound editing. Strong leadership, communication, creativity, and time-management skills. Strong knowledge and hands on experience with AI video editing and creative tools.
