Role Description The Events Client Finder is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, focused on identifying and securing new clients for Blacktape’s events services. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, generating leads, and conducting outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and networking opportunities. The role involves presenting Blacktape’s event solutions, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to shape suitable proposals. The Events Client Finder maintains ongoing relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring a high level of service and professional communication. This position also supports event marketing initiatives, attends relevant industry events, and provides regular reporting on pipeline activity and sales performance.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain professional client relationships. Experience in Event Planning and Event Marketing to understand and position Blacktape’s event offerings effectively. Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a business-to-business environment. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and strong time management. Comfort with networking, presenting, and using CRM or sales tracking tools; proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage. Previous experience in events, marketing, or hospitality is beneficial; a relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
