Location: Sheraton, Cairo???? 2M PLAST Group | Mega2M, Fenix & Al Fajr We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies across our Industrial B2B and FMCG businesses, driving brand positioning, lead generation, market development, and business growth.???? Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets.• Lead B2B lead generation initiatives and support the Sales & Business Development pipeline.• Develop marketing strategies for both Industrial B2B and FMCG markets.• Identify target markets, customer segments, decision-makers, and new business opportunities.• Strengthen brand positioning across Mega2M, Fenix, and Al Fajr.• Plan and manage exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and B2B events.• Develop and manage Digital + Offline Marketing campaigns with measurable results.• Manage key marketing channels including Linked In, Website, Email Marketing, and other relevant platforms.• Develop company profiles, brochures, presentations, product materials, case studies, and sales collateral.• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.• Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Commercial teams to align marketing with revenue objectives.• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns for Al Fajr – FMCG / Premium Olive Oil.• Manage external agencies, suppliers, event organizers, and marketing partners.• Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and budget.• Track Marketing KPIs, lead generation, campaign performance, brand performance, and ROI.• Lead marketing projects from planning through execution and performance evaluation.• Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team.???? You MUST Have•5 – 10 years of Marketing experience, preferably in a managerial or leadership capacity.• Proven experience in B2B Marketing, preferably within Industrial / Manufacturing.• Experience in FMCG Marketing is highly preferred.• Strong experience in Lead Generation & Brand Positioning.• Hands-on experience with Digital + Offline Marketing.• Experience in Exhibitions, Trade Shows & B2B Events.• Strong coordination with Sales & Business Development.• Leadership and Project Management experience.• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.????
