Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.• Identify and generate new business opportunities and build strong, long-term client relationships.• Promote and sell HR Outsourcing Solutions, including:Payroll Services Recruitment Services Personnel Services• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.• Identify market trends and new opportunities to expand Full Speed’s client portfolio. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.• 5–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.• Proven experience in HR Outsourcing Services, including Recruitment, Payroll, and Personnel is amust.• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.• Excellent command of English.• Target-driven with a strong ability to generate new business and close deals.• Ability to work independently and effectively manage the sales process.
