Job Title: Steel & Hangar Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Civil or Structural Engineer with a strong background in steel structures and hangar construction projects to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee steel structure and hangar projects from planning through completion.

• Supervise site activities and ensure that all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.

• Handle and follow up on technical submittals, material approvals, shop drawings, and project documentation.

• Lead the process of obtaining necessary technical approvals and consultant/client approvals.

• Monitor project progress, schedule, manpower, materials, and resources to ensure timely completion.

• Review technical drawings and coordinate between structural, architectural, and MEP requirements where applicable.

• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project requirements.

• Prepare and review progress reports and communicate project status to management.

• Attend site meetings and coordinate daily site activities with the project team.

• Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved methods and project specifications.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in steel structures, steel buildings, and hangar projects.

• Proven experience in project management and site supervision.

• Strong experience in handling consultant/client approvals and technical submittals.

• Good knowledge of steel structure construction, erection, fabrication, and installation.

• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple project activities and work effectively under pressure.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing large-scale steel or industrial/hangar projects.

• Experience dealing directly with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

• Strong ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
