Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the official online store.
Monitor sales targets and campaign performance.
Update product information, pricing, stock, and promotional content.
Ensure a smooth customer journey from homepage to checkout and monitor payment performance.
Coordinate with Logistics, Customer Service, and Tech teams to resolve operational issues.
Track store performance and prepare daily & weekly reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role.
Experience in E-commerce Store Operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
