He is responsible for supervising the cleaning staff and contractor workers, following cleaning procedures, monitoring the needs of different areas within the institution, maintaining the use of various tools and disinfectants, monitoring cleaning of streets in the compound and administrative buildings, and other tasks. He also performs and documents routine inspection and maintenance activities. Monitor cleaning procedures and store cleaning tools and materials. Distribute disinfection and cleaning tasks to workers within the institution. Notify management of any deficiencies or repair needs. Make modifications and minor repairs. Monitor stores and place orders for needs. Determine shifts and arrange vacations. Apply occupational health and safety rules. Skills required for the Cleaning Supervisor position: proficiency in operating heavy equipment and machines; proficiency in communicating with different personalities; ability to assess the workforce and distribute tasks; good understanding of health and safety procedures. Job requirements for the Cleaning Supervisor position: practical experience as a cleaning supervisor not less than 5 years; age not exceeding 48 years. Salary and incentives: monthly net salary 8500 + 5 times per year (holidays and occasions) half a month’s salary distributed + annual bonus of at least two months.
