Role Description The Guest Experience Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and handling receptionist duties at the property. The Guest Experience Associate responds to guest inquiries, manages reservations, coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and ensures that all guest needs are addressed promptly and professionally. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, supporting smooth daily operations, and contributing to a warm, hospitable environment that reflects Nesty Hospitality’s standards.
Qualifications Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with guests and team members. Customer Service and Guest Experience skills to ensure a high level of satisfaction and personalized support. Receptionist Duties and Reservations skills to manage front desk tasks, bookings, and guest documentation effectively. Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation or property management software. Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage. Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer-facing roles is preferred like a hotel front desk Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain a very positive attitude at all times
