  • Prepare architectural and interior shop drawings based on design with agreed schedule of project manager .

  • Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation .

  • Coordinate with design, and site team to ensure technical accuracy and project feasibility .

  • The Shop Drawing Architect duties include preparation, revision, and coordination of architectural drawings and construction documents .

  • Prepare project documents ( shop drawings, BOQ, etc.) and comparison with original project documents for proper pricing or claim preparations.

  • Reviews plans prepared by subcontractors.

  • Comparing the structural & architectural drawings coordination between finishing, electric, mechanical & sanitary works quality, reviewing infrastructure drawings & coordinate it with the project layout

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture .

  • Experience from 4 to 6 years .

  • Strong portfolio showcasing shop drawings details .

  • Proficiency in Related Programs “ AutoCAD ,  REVIT (preferred) ,MS Office”.

  • Experience in work of BOQ .

  • Highly aware Materials Types & Specifications .

  • Mastering in shop drawings and techniques of Finishing works .

  • Work located in our Office (New Cairo ) .
