Role Summary
The Senior Fragrance Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while leading the day-to-day operations of the kiosk. This role combines premium retail sales, team leadership, operational excellence, and customer relationship building to ensure every visitor receives a personalized fragrance consultation.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Welcome every customer with warmth, professionalism, and confidence. Deliver personalized fragrance consultations based on each customer's preferences and lifestyle. Educate customers on fragrance families, notes, longevity, projection, and layering techniques. Recommend complementary products and fragrance sets to maximize customer satisfaction. Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat purchases. Sales Performance Consistently achieve and exceed individual and kiosk sales targets. Drive average transaction value through effective cross-selling and upselling. Identify sales opportunities and proactively engage passing customers. Maintain a high conversion rate while delivering a premium, consultative experience. Leadership Lead by example on the sales floor. Coach, support, and motivate Fragrance Consultants to achieve their goals. Assist with onboarding and training new team members. Promote a collaborative, positive, and customer-focused culture. Operations Oversee daily opening and closing procedures. Ensure the kiosk is always clean, organized, and visually aligned with brand standards. Monitor stock availability and report low inventory. Conduct daily stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. Prepare daily sales and operational reports. Brand Representation Represent Niche Essences with professionalism and integrity at all times. Maintain excellent grooming and presentation standards. Stay up to date on new product launches, fragrance trends, and company initiatives.
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, premium beauty, cosmetics, perfumes, or hospitality. Previous experience leading or mentoring a retail team is preferred. Strong passion for fragrances and customer experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven with a consultative selling approach. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Proficiency in Arabic and good command of English.
