Role Description The Morning Shift Customer Support Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The agent will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, provide accurate information about products and services, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include logging and updating customer interactions in the system, following established support procedures, and escalating complex cases to appropriate teams when needed. The role also involves meeting performance targets, adhering to quality and compliance guidelines, and contributing to a positive, customer-focused work environment during morning operating hours. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally in spoken and written en_US. Candidates should possess customer service and problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle inquiries, manage complaints, and find effective resolutions. Candidates should possess basic computer and typing skills, with comfort using CRM or call-center software and navigating multiple systems while assisting customers. Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high call volumes and prioritize tasks during morning shifts. Candidates should possess adaptability and teamwork skills, including the ability to follow procedures, accept feedback, and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors. Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or BPO environments is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business, communication, or related fields is an advantage. Willingness to work on-site in Cairo and commit to full-time morning shift schedules is required.
