Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Technical Customer Service | Voice Account role based in Cairo. The role involves handling inbound and outbound voice calls in English to support customers with technical and service-related inquiries. The team member will diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues, provide step-by-step troubleshooting, and offer clear guidance to customers. Responsibilities include documenting interactions, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when needed, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying up to date with product knowledge, participating in ongoing training, adhering to quality and performance standards, and contributing to a supportive, professional contact center environment. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service experience and the ability to handle voice-based interactions in clear, fluent English. Technical support capabilities, including Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills . Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and professional manner to non-technical users. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and common troubleshooting tools. Flexibility to work onsite from the company’s Cairo location. Bachelor's degree is must .
