About the Role! This role is based at our mall booth and focuses on customer service, basic retail operations, and supporting both business and individual customers. Job Code : Incremental 2026COMM-115 Job Responsibilities: Handle all day-to-day booth operations. Respond to inquiries from businesses inside Citystars Mall as well as external businesses using the PUDO service. Manage business drop-offs, pickups, and cash-out transactions as needed. Support new business sign-ups for Bosta services (no active sales pushing assist walk-ins who express interest). Assist individual customers (C2C) by preparing their packages, including wrapping, attaching flyers, adding detailed address tags, and scheduling the pickup. Provide excellent customer service to all walk-in clients. Handle occasional cash-out or settlement processes with partner businesses.

Job Qualifications: Strong background in customer service. Comfortable handling simple financial transactions and settlements. Able to manage booth operations efficiently and maintain a professional, helpful attitude.
