Roles & Responsibilities

Provide master schedules for plant production operations to meet agreed shipping requirements. Work requires basic knowledge of plant capacities, equipment, and processes and understanding of their interaction. Mainly responsible for a small-scale plant or for part of production. The role is hybrid model combining office & remote work. You ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems. You will be responsible for ensuring global six-sigma raw material availability to deliver 98% on-time performance to customers via operational buying, continuous improvement, and vendor management. Regional Supply Chain Planner Raw Materials Location: 6th of October City, Cairo, Egypt The points on which you will make the difference Ensure global six-sigma raw material availability , supporting a 98% on-time delivery performance to customers Manage daily demand from manufacturing plants and execute operational purchasing to maintain stock levels Monitor inbound deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and proactively resolve raw material shortages Collaborate with local supply chain planners and site managers to ensure aligned and efficient planning processes Partner with procurement and vendors to improve delivery performance and enhance collaboration Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory optimization, including reduction of slow-moving and obsolete stock Actively contribute to cross-functional projects as the key contact for Taste raw material planning

Desired Candidate Profile

Why you are the right candidate Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management , or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in planning or operational buying Strong knowledge of MRP systems (e.g., SAP MRP) and supply chain processes Proven ability to work in an international, matrix environment with multiple stakeholders Fluent in English (written and spoken) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Customer-focused mindset with experience understanding end-to-end requirements How do you stand out You are proactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented You demonstrate strong ownership and accountability in managing supply challenges You thrive in complex environments and can prioritize effectively under pressure You are driven by continuous improvement and operational excellence
