We are currently seeking the creative talent a Full-time Guest Experience Supervisor that is well-mannered, visionary, and passionate and has a deep understanding of the hospitality concept to join our team as a Guest Experience Supervisor who will seek out opportunities for guest-centric experiences in all outlets of the hotel and manage the guest journey of our top VIPs, suite guests and Four Seasons Elite guests pre, during and post their stay.
Desired Candidate Profile
Talents must have sound problem solving ability and proficiency in Hotel property management systems, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-driven environment are required. Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is also required, while having an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task.
