The Role We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist with a passion for digital growth and a deep technical foundation. As an SEO Specialist at HOOH, you will go beyond basic audits to provide deep technical insights and high-level strategic direction for our diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities• End-to-End Strategy: Plan and oversee the implementation of comprehensive SEO initiatives, aligning them with broader digital marketing goals.• Deep Technical Auditing: Conduct manual technical audits that go beyond automated tools, identifying issues within HTML, CSS, and Java Script that impact crawlability and indexing.• Advanced Keyword Research: Define target keyword lists and map them to search intent, ensuring content strategy aligns with how users actually search.• Content Architecture: Collaborate with content and web development teams to optimize site structure, internal linking, and on-page elements.• Link Building and Authority: Develop and execute sophisticated link-building strategies and outreach programs to enhance domain authority.• Data Analysis and Attribution: Utilize GA4 and GSC to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide detailed attribution for organic growth.• Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor competitor techniques, keyword gaps, and industry shifts to maintain a competitive edge.• Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical SEO findings into clear, business-focused recommendations for clients and internal leadership.• Performance Reporting: Generate and present regular reports that illustrate progress toward KPIs, organic ROI, and long-term growth.
Requirements• Technical Mastery: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO with a deep understanding of technical optimization. You must be comfortable reading code (HTML, CSS, Java Script) to troubleshoot issues.• Analytical Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.• Industry Toolset: Proficiency with industry-standard tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.• Content Acumen: A strong understanding of search intent; you can effectively differentiate strategy for informational blog posts versus high-intent "Products/Services" pages.• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills. You must be able to explain the "why" behind a recommendation in business terms.• Autonomy: A self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively and hit deadlines in a remote setting without constant supervision.• Soft Skills: Proven analytical and critical thinking skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
Nice to HaveExperience or successful case studies within the GCC market. Working knowledge of Word Press and other common CMS platforms.
