Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed and met.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and support.
  • Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services.
  • Monitor account performance, evaluate client satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement or growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to clients regarding service delivery and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide relevant insights to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in pharmacy.

  • Minimum 1 2 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles in healthcare.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
