- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed and met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and support.
- Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services.
- Monitor account performance, evaluate client satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement or growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to clients regarding service delivery and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide relevant insights to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in pharmacy.
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles in healthcare.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
