Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an Experienced Telesales Agent with an educational services background. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective learners and corporate clients, presenting the Academy’s training programs, and guiding them to the most suitable courses. The telesales agent will handle inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Daily tasks include qualifying prospects, explaining program benefits and structure, overcoming objections, and closing enrollments while meeting or exceeding sales targets. The agent will also coordinate with the training and customer service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high learner satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken Arabic and professional English, with the ability to explain programs and handle objections effectively. Proven Sales experience, preferably in education, training, or services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding telesales or inside sales targets. Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, build rapport, and maintain long-term relationships with learners and corporate clients. Experience in Training or educational services sales, with the ability to understand course structures, learning outcomes, and accreditation details. Comfort working with CRM and call management tools, and maintaining organized, accurate records of all interactions. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes in a target-driven environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in telesales, call centers, or inside sales in a similar sector is a strong advantage.
