Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role based in Qesm Misr El Qadimah. The Sales Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and commercial accounts, identifying new business opportunities across cybersecurity, networking, cloud, and data center solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting customer meetings and presentations, and preparing proposals, quotations, and RFP responses in collaboration with technical teams. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client business and technical needs, and coordinating with pre-sales, delivery, and vendor partners to design and position suitable solutions. The Sales Account Manager will track opportunities in the CRM, forecast sales performance, achieve assigned targets, and ensure timely follow-up, contract closure, and post-sales handover. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B technology or ICT sales, preferably in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or data center solutions, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Solid understanding of enterprise IT concepts such as security (EDR, TDR, data protection), networking, unified computing, cloud infrastructure, and data center technologies. Strong account management and relationship-building skills, including stakeholder mapping, opportunity qualification, and long-term customer engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in en_US, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams, as well as external vendor partners and distributors. Skilled in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and CRM usage to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with major vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, Microsoft, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Dell EMC, or similar ecosystem partners is highly advantageous.
