Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Sales

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across PANATIX's target industries and geographies.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, end-users, EPC contractors, and consultants.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers in coordination with the engineering team.
  • Lead tender submissions, pre-qualifications, and vendor registration activities.
  • Negotiate and close contracts covering projects, service agreements, spare parts, consumables, and ad-hoc field works.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and reporting cadence with the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate with finance on receivables and customer account status.
  • Achieve agreed quarterly and annual sales and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities Marketing

  • Manage PANATIX's digital presence, including the company website and LinkedIn page.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, technical content, and case studies that reflect the company's capabilities accurately and professionally.
  • Coordinate participation in industry exhibitions, conferences, and partner-led events.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral such as capability statements, brochures, and presentations.
  • Conduct market intelligence on competitors, suppliers, pricing trends, and customer needs.
  • Support principal and channel partner relationships, including joint marketing activities and co-branded initiatives.
  • Strengthen PANATIX's positioning as a trusted technical partner across its served markets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related) with relevant industrial sales experience.

5 8 years of B2B sales experience in industrial products, equipment, or technical services, preferably serving oil & gas, petrochemical, power, or utilities sectors.

Established network within Egyptian industry; regional exposure (Qatar, GCC, North Africa) is an advantage.

Strong technical aptitude and the ability to engage credibly with engineers, project managers, and decision-makers.

Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Willingness to travel within Egypt and occasionally to regional offices and client sites.
