Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
- Assist in client meetings and presentations
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and crm system
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, account management) to align on client needs
- Support in closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors

- Experience in lead generation and cold outreach
- Familiarity with crm tools

kPIs / Performance Metrics:
- Number of qualified leads generated

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 1 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in advertising or marketing)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
