Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
  • Assist in client meetings and presentations
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and crm system
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, account management) to align on client needs
  • Support in closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors

Preferred skills:

  • Experience in lead generation and cold outreach
  • Familiarity with crm tools
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

kPIs / Performance Metrics:

  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Meetings booked with potential clients

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 1 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in advertising or marketing)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
