Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Call Center Executive based in Cairo, Egypt. Partial work-from-home arrangements are offered. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves working in a contact center environment to assist with sales, maintaining a high standard of professionalism, and adhering to service quality standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service Strong Communication skills and ability to manage Contact Center operations Experience in Sales and ability to promote relevant solutions effectively Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, hybrid working environment Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred Experience in providing service to healthcare institutions is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is advantageous
