Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's diary, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling administrative and clerical tasks, and providing executive-level support. Additionally, the role involves maintaining organized communication, managing correspondence, and ensuring the CEO's schedules and priorities are managed efficiently.
Qualifications Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance to senior executives. Experience in Diary Management and scheduling appointments effectively. Strong Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance capabilities, including document organization and management. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Adaptability, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with care. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is advantageous. Previous experience in the aviation or travel industry is a plus but not required.
