Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing an exceptional customer experience. Daily tasks may include responding to phone calls and emails, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with other departments to address customer needs.
Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is MUST.
Compensation (ALL IN GROSS) Basic salary: 18,000Language allowance: 7,000Transportation allowance: 5,000 KPIs: Up to 70% of the basic salary (12,600)
