Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
- Prospect for new business: Research and identify decision-makers at target companies in F&B, retail, and other blue-collar sectors across MENA
- Outbound lead generation: Execute cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and campaigns to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Qualify and nurture leads: Assess prospect fit, understand their HR management challenges, and communicate Bluworks’ unique value.
- Book meetings: Secure discovery calls and product demos for our account executives with high-potential customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to refine messaging and optimize outreach.
- Pipeline management: Keep CRM records up-to-date with prospect notes, activity, and progress, supporting accurate forecasting and reporting.
