  • To strengthen our team in Cairo, we are looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join us as a Call Center Supervisor (m/f/d) – responsible for team leadership, scheduling, and process

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and organize a team of Teleagents & Calculation staff
  • Supervise and control daily operations in both inbound and outbound activities
  • Plan shifts, distribute tasks, and continuously optimize workflows
  • Monitor target achievement and service quality using clearly defined KPIs
  • Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and the sales department
  • Prepare performance reports and implement improvement measures
