Job Details

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from design coordination and planning through execution and final handover.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Ensure successful execution of projects in line with company objectives and approved schedules.

Construction Management

  • Manage daily site operations and monitor construction progress.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Cost Control & Budget Management

  • Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost control measures.
  • Review variations, claims, and project expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Support procurement and commercial teams in evaluating project costs and contracts.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact between internal departments, consultants, contractors, and management.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates and reports to senior management.
  • Resolve project-related issues and ensure timely decision-making.

Risk & Quality Management

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control procedures are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when required.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and supervise project teams to ensure high performance and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and support to site and technical teams.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
