Guardian VA & Logistics is expanding — and we're looking for sharp, English-fluent dispatchers ready to handle real US towing accounts from day one.
THE ROLE:- Dispatch tow trucks for US-based towing companies- Handle police rotation calls, private property tows, and consent tows- Update TMS/CAD systems in real time- Communicate with drivers, customers, and property managers- Work US time zones (Eastern, Central, or Pacific shifts)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:✅ Excellent spoken & written English (neutral accent preferred)✅ 2+ years of dispatch, call center, or customer service experience✅ Cool head under pressure — this is real-time, real-money work✅ Reliable home internet (50 Mbps minimum) + quiet workspace✅ Available for 8–10 hour shifts, 5 days a week✅ Headset, computer, and backup power solution
