???? Role Purpose This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role responsible for ensuring that commercial operations run accurately, consistently, and without gaps. The role combines sales operations, renewals management, vendor order execution, and business coordination. This is not an administrative role. This is a hands-on operations role with ownership and a clear path to grow into a leadership position as the company scales.
✅ Key Responsibilities· Maintain CRM discipline and data accuracy · Track deal progress and ensure timely follow-ups · Support execution across direct and channel sales· Track and manage software renewals lifecycle · Ensure renewals are visible, followed up, and executed on time · Maintain visibility on recurring revenue streams· Handle purchase orders to vendors · Ensure accuracy in pricing, approvals, and documentation · Track and coordinate order delivery· Following up on key actions across the business · Ensure tasks are completed on time · Highlight delays, risks, and missing steps· Support building structured workflows and consistency · Help introduce operational discipline across the organization ???? Ideal Candidate Profile· 3-6 years' experience in operations, business operations, or sales operations · Strong experience in B2B environments (software, technology, or distribution preferred) · Strong follow‑up discipline and accountability · Comfortable working with structured processes and data · Able to work closely with leadership· Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Calm, reliable, and trustworthy· Ability to work under deadlines· Background in engineering, construction tech, or software is a strong advantage· Excellent hands-on experience with AI productivity tools· Excellent English language (written and spoken)· Excellent French language (written and spoken) is a plus
