Job Details

EGXPRESS Licensee of Federal Express (Fed Ex) is seeking a call center agent to join our company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive calls from customers and reply to their inquiries.
• Conduct the first call to the customers and obtain clearance instructions.
• Open Traces from the first day of arrival with a clear indication of shipment status, with detailed information about Egyptian regulations.
• Handle all shipments that need amendment in the name of the consignee and Fed Ex clearance pending / stopped shipments until needed. Paperwork is submitted by the customer.
• Follow up on Re-export shipments (from Fed Ex Clearance) and obtain necessary approvals from the shipper or consignee for the return. And follow up with the subcontractor until the shipment leaves the cage.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's educational degree
• Very good command of the English language
• A minimum of one-year experience in customer service.
Work Location: Head Office, Sheraton.
