  • Prepare, analyse and share insights on variable overheads, fixed overheads on monthly basis
  • Deep dive into indirect overheads and work with all relevant departments to drive saving initiatives and bring efficiency on accounting & reporting
  • Prepare, analyse & share insights on Material price variance on monthly basis
  • Engage with procurement team on material leading to adverse variances and seek corrective actions
  • Engage with Procurement team to identify the potential areas of opportunities and drive with procurement team
  • Benchmarking of various products – routing & BOM – identify the areas of opportunities & drive them along with relevant team
  • Partner with IBD team on various saving projects 
  • Identify the GC improvement opportunities
  • Month end accounting & reporting for factory & head office
  • NPD costing & tracking
