Job Title: Content Creator (Software Industry) Location: Mohandeseen, Giza, Egypt Job Type: Full-time, On-site Industry: Software / Saa S / Technology About the Role We are a leading software company based in the heart of Mohandeseen, looking for a creative and technically savvy Content Creator to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for translating complex software features into engaging, clear, and persuasive content for B2B and B2C audiences. Key Responsibilities Content Production: Create high-quality written, visual, and video content (blogs, case studies, social media posts, website copy, email newsletters, and short-form videos) showcasing our software solutions. Software Demonstrations: Produce tutorial videos, feature update explainers, and demo scripts that simplify technical concepts for non-technical users. Social Media Management: Manage Linked In, Facebook, and Instagram accounts specifically for software brand awareness; schedule posts and engage with the tech community. Localization: Adapt global software messaging to resonate with the Egyptian and MENA market while maintaining brand voice. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and developers to extract technical details and turn them into benefits-driven content. SEO & Analytics: Optimize all content for search engines (Arabic & English) and track performance metrics (engagement, conversion rates). Qualifications Must-Have:Experience: 2–4 years of content creation experience, specifically within a software, IT, or tech startup environment. Portfolio: Proven examples of software-related content (e.g., explaining an ERP, CRM, or mobile app feature). Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic (written and spoken) – must be able to write technically accurate content in both languages. Technical Tools: Proficiency in Canja, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop), or similar editing tools; basic understanding of CMS (Word Press) and social media schedulers. On-site Commitment: Ability to work full-time from our Mohandeseen office (near Sourour Street or Gameat El Dewal). Nice-to-Have:Experience with Saa S products or B2B software marketing. Basic knowledge of video lighting/audio setup for talking-head demos. Understanding of Google Analytics and Arabic SEO best practices.
