Job Details

Key Responsibilities Lead and review mechanical construction strategies from tender and proposal stage through execution and project closeout. Provide technical construction input to internal departments including Planning, Proposals, PMO, Project Management, and Engineering, ensuring mechanical designs and schedules are practical, constructible, and aligned with process requirements. Review and contribute to construction methodologies, execution plans, schedules, and risk assessments during pre-award and post-award phases. Participate in subcontractor sourcing, technical evaluation, negotiation, and selection, including preparation and review of RFQs, technical submissions, and clarifications for mechanical works. Support mobilization and hiring of mechanical site supervision teams for project sites. Monitor and support site execution, resolving technical construction issues related to:High-pressure pumping systems and piping networks Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and schedules. Coordinate with project teams to ensure constructability, safety, cost control, and quality of mechanical works. Support resource planning, variation management, and change control related to mechanical construction activities. Capture and share lessons learned and best practices across all projects.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical construction management. Proven construction experience in Power plants is preferable. Experience in technical office roles and/or site supervision for mechanical works. Previous experience in resource estimation and manpower planning is advantage. Strong understanding of mechanical packages and execution workflows projects, including high-pressure pumps, piping. Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to work across multiple departments and support several projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
