Role Description
As a Luxury Automotive Brand Call Center Advisor at RAYA CX, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and excellent communication. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to uphold the premium standards of the luxury automotive brand. Advisors work closely with customers to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt, offering an opportunity to represent a globally recognized luxury brand.
Qualifications
Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional, client-focused support. Proficiency in problem-solving and handling customer inquiries effectively. Language fluency and active listening skills to ensure clear and effective communication. Familiarity with the automotive industry is an advantage. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Previous experience in a similar customer service or call center environment preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is an asset.
