Production Manager – Plastic Injection Factory

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Monitor plastic injection molding operations to ensure maximum machine efficiency.
• Ensure production targets and delivery deadlines are achieved.
• Supervise product quality during production and coordinate with the Quality Department.
• Monitor and reduce production waste and material loss.
• Oversee mold change activities and minimize setup/changeover time.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to ensure machine readiness and reduce downtime.
• Monitor raw material consumption and ensure efficient material usage.
• Prepare daily production reports and analyze production performance.
• Lead and manage production teams and ensure discipline and productivity.
• Train and develop production employees and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Continuously improve productivity, efficiency, and operational processes.
• Coordinate with Planning and Warehouse departments to ensure material availability.
• Resolve technical and operational issues related to machines, molds, and production processes.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and ISO requirements.
