The Role We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Content Producer to be the content engine behind our educational materials. You will research, outline, and prepare comprehensive educational content, charts, scripts, slides, carousels, and PDFs. Working directly with our lead instructor, you will turn analysis, outlines, and frameworks into polished course materials , allowing our lead instructor to focus entirely on on-camera delivery and filming.
If you have a deep understanding of market mechanics, a talent for simplifying complex trading concepts, and the ability to prepare visually compelling charts and power points presentations( we have ready to use templates ), this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Course & Tutorial Preparation· Research, outline, and write comprehensive lessons and modules for trading academy. · Turn outlines and briefs into structured lessons, modules, and learning paths covering market basics, technical analysis, risk management, and trading psychology.· Develop structured learning paths covering everything from market basics to advanced technical analysis, risk management, and trading psychology.· Create supporting educational materials, including downloadable PDFs, cheat sheets, and course workbooks. · Format course slides in Power Point with full RTL Arabic support and our brand visual identity.
2. Charting & Visual Material· Prepare high quality, accurate, and visually clean charts to be used in video tutorials and written content.· Demonstrate clear examples of technical concepts, specifically focusing on Japanese Candlesticks, Fibonacci , Harmonic patterns, and Smart Money Concepts (SMC).and other frameworks taught at our academy.
3. Video Scripting (Long & Short Form)· Write engaging, well-paced scripts for You Tube tutorials and educational videos.· Condense complex financial topics into punchy, high-retention scripts for short-form content (Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts).
4. Social & Educational Carousels· Design and write educational carousels for Instagram, Linked In, and other channels in line with the our brand.
5. Content Quality Control Ensure all financial content is accurate, logically structured, and easy for retail traders to digest. Maintain a consistent, professional, and educational tone across all academy materials.
6. Strategy Development & Backtesting · Assist in developing, researching, and backtesting trading strategies to be featured in the academy’s curriculum as practical case studies.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Experience: 1-3 years in financial content creation, financial writing, market analysis, or educational content production, trading content, or financial journalism. Career-switchers from related fields are welcome if your portfolio is strong.· Trading literacy: Solid foundational understanding of financial markets, price action, and technical analysis. You don't need to be a senior analyst ,but you should be able to read a chart, understand the concepts our founder teaches, and learn new frameworks quickly.· Content Skills: Proven ability to write video scripts, structure courses, and design educational PDFs.· Visual Communication: Proficiency in using charting platforms (like Trading View) to create clean, educational visual examples. Proficient in Power Point , Canva (or equivalent), for chart preparation.· Languages: Native Arabic. Comfortable writing in both Modern Standard Arabic (formal financial register) and Egyptian Arabic (educational and social content).· Advanced English to consume research, financial news, and source material.· Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, ownership over your deliverables, and willingness to learn.
Nice to Have · Familiarity with classical technical analysis, harmonic patterns, or SMC.· Experience producing content for retail traders or financial educators.· Awareness of short-form content trends on Tik Tok, Reels, and You Tube Shorts.· CETA/CFTe candidate or self directed learning in markets. Logistics· Location: Remote (MENA time zone preferred).· Engagement: Starts with a paid trial project , one complete lesson content pack (slides, script, PDF workbook, charts) then moves to ongoing engagement based on fit. Open to part time, contract, or full-time depending on the right candidate.
