We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team. you’ll be in the studio, turning massive amounts of data and complex operational rules into elegant, simple interfaces.
???? What You’ll DoThis is a strategic, hybrid role. You will be the bridge between complex backend logic and the human being using the screen.
You will:Simplify Complexity: Take intricate workflows (like multi-shift scheduling or payroll algorithms) and turn them into intuitive, frictionless UI. Own the UX Architecture: Build scalable design systems. You aren't just designing one page; you are designing a language that the whole product speaks. Collaborate : Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers in the office to ensure your designs are feasible and pixel-perfect during implementation. Research from the Hub: Conduct remote user testing and analyze usage data to see where users are getting stuck, then iterate to fix it. Prototype to Perfection: Move from whiteboard sketches to high-fidelity Figma prototypes that leave no questions for the dev team.
