We are hiring a Telesales Specialist to join our team at Hands of Hope. Location: Maadi, Cairo (On-site) Working Hours:• 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM• 7:00 PM – 3:00 AMJob Responsibilities:• Contact potential customers by phone• Present company services clearly and professionally• Follow up with leads and maintain customer communication• Handle customer inquiries and objections• Achieve monthly sales targets Requirements:• 1–2 years of experience in telesales or call center sales within the US market• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Fluent English• Ability to work under targets and deadlines• Professional attitude and commitment What We Offer:• Fixed salary + commission• Career development opportunities• Supportive work environment
