  • Implements & updates Quality Control Program.
  • Monitors & Implements Security Measures and Quality Control.
  • Supervises the implementation of the training plan for security department.
  • Improvs security performance.
  • Writes and compiles detailed reports on security compliance inspections including airport operations, hotels and company town offices. 
  • Conducts stations’ start-up security inspections and ensure NILE AIR and all service providers comply with NILE AIR security requirements. 
  • Sets and implements annual audit plan to cover all stations inside & outside Egypt.
  • Manages the security compliance audit program and ensures that pre-audits, audits and post audit activities are carried out effectively.
  • Provides annual statistics & reports containing remarks to be avoided and take corrective action. 
  • Coordinates with the NILE AIR quality management and work as an integrated team to improve the performance of aviation security.
