Key Responsibilities:Make 200 - 250 outbound cold calls daily to potential clients (Dubai market) Introduce recruitment services and generate qualified leads / meetings Build interest and maintain professional conversations with decision-makers Follow provided scripts while adapting naturally to conversations Update CRM and track call outcomes daily Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets
✅ Requirements:Fluent English (B2–C1 level minimum) – clear communication is a must Previous experience in cold calling / telesales / call center preferred Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills Self-motivated and able to work independently (remote role) Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
