Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Specialist based in 6th of October City with partial work-from-home flexibility.

The Telesales Specialist will engage with potential and current customers to promote Baseeta’s services, handle inquiries, and provide customer support.

Daily responsibilities include outbound sales calls, lead follow-ups, presenting tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate customer records to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Promote Baseeta services and explain installment solutions
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships
• Provide basic product guidance and training when needed

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and customer support skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets
• Ability to train and explain products to customers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• CRM and software knowledge is a plus
• Experience in fintech or startup environments is an advantage
