Semicode LLC is an innovative tech startup specializing in Gamification and Custom Game Development for enterprises. We are looking for a B2B Business Development Representative with a "Sales Hunter" mindset to spearhead our expansion into the Saudi Arabian market.
This is NOT a traditional sales role. You will be responsible for building high-level strategic relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in the Gulf region, focusing on Outbound Prospecting and Lead Qualification.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
• B2B Outreach: Identify and connect with potential B2B clients in KSA (e.g., Large Retail Chains, F&B Groups, and Corporate Enterprises) via LinkedIn and professional email.
• Social Selling: Build trust and rapport with decision-makers without using robotic or generic templates.
• Pipeline Management: Research, hunt, and qualify leads to ensure a steady flow of high-ticket opportunities.
• Meeting Setting: Book discovery meetings and demos for our leadership team to finalize the closing process.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Saudi market trends to position our gamification solutions effectively.
Who You Are (Requirements)
• B2B Specialist: Proven experience in B2B Sales or Business Development (Experience in Tech/Agencies is a major plus).
• KSA Market Savvy: Comfortable and professional in dealing
with the Saudi business culture and etiquette.
• The Hunter Mindset: Proactive, persistent, and highly skilled in "opening doors" that seem closed.
• Excellent Communicator: Fluency in Arabic (Gulf dialect awareness is a plus) and professional English.
• Self-Driven: Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
