Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the financial accounts of a diverse portfolio of clients in the UAE and Egypt, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards while utilizing advanced accounting software.
  2. Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements and reports, providing clients with actionable insights to guide their financial decisions and improve overall performance.
  3. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes for client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while collaborating with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
  4. Develop and implement robust accounting policies and procedures tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance across the board.
  5. Coordinate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and insights to facilitate a smooth audit process and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  6. Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team to enhance service delivery.
