Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Research and Development Specialist. The responsibilities include conducting research to develop new pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, improving existing formulations, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The Specialist will perform laboratory tests and analyze results, provide technical insights, and document findings to support product innovation and strategic development.
Qualifications Strong Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Laboratory Techniques Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret complex data Educational background in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or a related field Experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic product manufacturing is a plus Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards in pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing
