Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, supporting management tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars Proficiency in document organization and office systems maintenance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in using computer software commonly used in administrative tasks Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work both in-person in Cairo and remotely as needed Prior experience in a similar administrative role is an advantage
