Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Communication & Employee Engagement Specialist based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves developing and executing internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a collaborative company culture. Key responsibilities include drafting internal announcements, managing employee surveys, organizing engagement activities, and ensuring consistent communication of company goals, values, and updates. This position collaborates closely with leadership teams and employees across the organization to build effective communication channels.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication, Strategic Communications, and Writing Experience in creating and managing Press Releases Proficiency in Project Management to execute and oversee internal engagement initiatives Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster an inclusive workplace Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Relevant experience in corporate communication, HR, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
