You'll play a central role in shaping how we communicate with our audience — from initial research through to a production-ready script. What you'll do Research & ideation Lead topic and material research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and well-structured. Proactively propose video ideas based on trends, data, and performance insights. Analyze competitor content to inform strategy. Scriptwriting & editing Write complete, high-quality video scripts with strong hooks, logical flow, and clear structure. Edit and revise for factual accuracy, tone, and retention. Deliver scripts that are production-ready within one round of revisions. Production support Format scripts with clear sections, chapters, and visual/editing direction. Support SEO elements including titles and descriptions. Create structured briefs for new channels or content directions. Collaboration & process Work closely with research, editing, and production teams to align on content direction. Maintain documented workflows per channel and continuously look for ways to improve speed and quality.
