•Role Description:A full-time on-site role in which an outstanding customer experience needs to be delivered by caring and handling the customers' inquiries via phone or chat; providing personalized solutions and eventually achieving our problem-solving goal.
•What we are looking for:English fluency is a must! (B1+ at least) Excellent communication skills Grads & Fresh grads
•Working Conditions:5 working days - Morning Shifts are available!2 days off (Rotational)
